GET Solar Farm Row Children by Row ID

https://api.raptormaps.com/solar_farms//geospatial_rows//child_geojson

Load child geojson for objects associated to a row. This requires the row ID and the farm ID. Row ID can be obtained from the /objects/geojson response.
